Professional, accredited counselling and mediation services.

Our Approach.

Many of our answers lie within, and working together can provide the opportunity to explore and search out resolutions in a confidential environment. Josephine does not work with or use a model or system, nor try to make it fit. Josephine works with you as an individual.

Often, leaving issues unresolved can result in health decline, a lesser feeling in the joy of life, and ultimately a longer journey in working through things. Let’s start somewhere together!

"It’s a scary thing trying to get help, but Clove took a lot of that anxiety and fear out of the equation. I was able to get personalized recommendations on which provider from the team would best fit my needs."

FAQs

Where are you located?

We have offices in Camden and Sydney CBD, by appointment only. We also conduct consultations for therapy services and Family Dispute Resolution via Zoom platform quite successfully.

How do I make an appointment?

You can make an appointment by contacting us from our contact page via phone, email, or by completing the information on the contact form which is sent directly to us.

How long is the waiting period for appointments?

This can vary depending on the type of service you require. When you contact us we will be able to give you an estimated waiting time.

What are your opening hours?

We are open to taking inquiries from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. We offer some after-hours appointments on weekdays. We do not offer appointments over the weekend.

What might I expect at my first therapy or counseling session?

Usually, the first appointment will be one of exploratory, finding a little bit about each other, clarifying any of the paperwork such as basic personal information, consent forms covering things such as confidentiality, fees, and other important information about our sessions. We will also begin an understanding of your concerns, perhaps a little more about your past history personally and professionally, and also begin to look at positive pathways forward.

Do you accept Mental Health Plans?

Unfortunately, Medicare does not accept Counsellors for Mental Health Care Plans.

Am I able to claim with my private health fund?

There is an increasing number of private health funds that recognise counseling and therapy services. Please contact your private health fund to enquire about your eligibility.

Let me help you find a resolution and a more positive pathway.
